20" ( 51cm ) long from back of handle to front of forward wheel by 11" ( 28cm ) wide, including side wheels doll coach, circa 1860, in the style of Joel Ellis of Springfield, Vermont, and most likely from that firm, with three wooden spoke wheels, painted green with dark orange and yellow stenciling, and having a collapsible canvas top. The paint is original and in very good condition. Any seats it may have had originally are gone. Although the canvas top is original, it has significant deterioration. When the top is down and a doll is inside it still looks good thanks to the condition and quality of the painting, and, the price more than reflects any problems. SOLD.
