Stunning cabinet size Jumeau bebe with the head and body fully marked, the head with a red stamp " DEPOSE TETE JUMEAU B.te S.G.D.G. 7 " and some artist checks and initials, and a blue stamp of the back of the body torso " JUMEAU MEDAILLE D'Or PARIS " . She has huge blue paperweight eyes, finely painted lashes and thick blond eyebrows, closed mouth with a hint of a white space between the shaded lips, red accent dots at nostrils and inner eye corners, and comes attached by the original metal spring coil to her original French fully jointed wood and composition body with fine original finish. Nicely but simply attired in her an antique blond mohair wig over cork pate, her original cotton and lace chemise with printed pink floral design and inserted pink silk ribbons on the sleeves and at the neck line and her original brown leather Jumeau shoes. Although both shoes are original the one has the original leather sole stamped " 7" but the sole of the other is ( old ) cardboard and stamped " 8". Le Parisien  A- 19", with lovely light brown ( almost hazel ) paperweight eyes, well painted eyelashes and feathered, evenly arched eyebrows, closed mouth with full upper lip, well modeled pierced ears and ear canals, delicately shaded lips, and chin with distinct mauve shading on the upper eyelid, and wearing an antique French red mohair wig over the original Steiner cardboard pate. Although not marked , the doll is on her original fully jointed lightweight Steiner body with the fat swivel " banana " hands, in overall good condition with some fading to the original finish with paint touchup on the left upper knee area and a slight repair at the neck socket of the torso. She is wearing a beautiful period factory made fine pink silk dress with lace trim, antique undergarments ( other than the underpants ) antique black leather children's' shoes from the era of the doll, and a beautiful silk and lace antique bonnet with cloth flowers.
